The survey reports of the ships are prepared by means of the underwater survey without entering the shipyard, then Seaworthiness Certificates are renewed and the necessary sailing permits are obtained.

CCTV underwater video footage is generally used for underwater survey services. In cases where sensitive imaging is required (for example, artistic motion shoots, survey measurements, sensitive technical underwater services), we broadcast live recordings on large screens with the latest technology (4K 1080p) and present these recordings to our business partners in requested formats.

Pollution on the ship hull directly affects the speed and stability of the ship. Structurally, a clean hull is crucial for the ship's speed and optimum efficiency. A dirty hull negatively affects time and financial earnings in commercial competition.

These problems are eliminated with the control and cleaning of the ship hull. In addition, we offer more effective working conditions to ship operators with our paint survey and full bottom control services.

One of the major problems of ships with water- cooled main engines and diesel generators is the sea creatures that accumulate in the box cooler and the sea chest in the hull. For creatures such as mussels, algae, and shipworm, these places provide a highly sheltered breeding environment. 

The blockages caused by sea creatures prevent the main machine and diesel generator cooling water flow and cause many problems, especially rising temperature. We ensure that these problems are eliminated with our applications such as water jet scraper, brush-kart and underwater vacuum systems.

The increase in thickness on the propeller surface affects the speed of the ships and also causes vibration. We clean and polish the propeller of ships by applying underwater hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Thus, we increase the speed of the ships and prevent the vibration.

We provide underwater services to ship operators such as in the event of kinking of ship anchors, presence of anchors that break off the locker clench and fall into the sea, and assembling of new ship anchors (especially for American Shackles).

Many metals are corroded when exposed to contact with water and air. This is a great risk, especially for ships built of metal sheet, floating vehicles, piers and oil rigs.

Cathodic Protection method is applied to prevent corrosion damages. In this method, zinc block is mounted on the metal surface that is under water by means of underwater welding or dowel screwing. Thus, ship hull is protected against corrosion.

Ship propellers can be damaged both in maneuvers and shallow waters, cracks, scratches and nicks may occur on the propeller. In such cases, vibration is prevented by removing the cracks, scratches and nicks on the propeller by replacement of the propellers or hydraulic cuing method. 

We provide underwater cuing or propeller replacement services with our professional divers and 30 mt lifing capacity diving boat without docking of the ships.

Non-destructive, detailed cleaning can be done by our professional divers by means of pressure ranging from 250-350 bars and special water jet nozzles in order to minimize the damage to the metal surfaces under water. Thus, the paint scratches a minimum of microns, and detailed cleaning is applied to the areas where algae and other sea creatures, cannot be taken by the hands and power tools.
